We are now recruiting for a Clinical Package Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of person-centred, high-quality care for an individual with complex needs based in Whitby. About the Role: As Clinical Package Manager, you will work closely with Team Leaders and frontline staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery within the person's own home, in the local community, and during any hospital stays. Your role will involve clinical leadership, hands-on care, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the person we support.
