Working Hours
Enjoy a flexible work schedule with 37.5 hours per week. We’re open to discussing hours that suit your lifestyle!
Salary
Earn between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus a range of benefits.

Your Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you will:
* Conduct surveys of existing buildings and sites.
* Provide detailed reports on building conditions, advising on repairs, maintenance, and potential improvements.
* Guide clients on health & safety, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
* Travel across the UK for site inspections and client meetings.
* Support clients in procuring contractors for various projects.
* Project manage the delivery of solutions, including contract administration.
* Ensure quality assurance checks on colleagues' work.
* Foster positive relationships with clients to drive business development.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a Degree level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a relevant discipline or a RICS accredited qualification.
* Are working towards Chartered status through RICS or CIOB.
* Have a solid background in building surveying across various sectors.
* Possess knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
