As the Reward Specialist you’ll be at the heart of our Reward Services team, working closely with colleagues across HR, Data, and Regional Business Partners. You’ll lead on key reward processes including quarterly bonuses, flexible benefits, benchmarking, and annual reward statements. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help ensure reward operations run smoothly and consistently, while your ideas for improvement will help us evolve and enhance the experience for our people.
Responsibilities
* Lead on key reward processes including quarterly bonuses, flexible benefits, benchmarking, and annual reward statements.
* Work closely with colleagues across HR, Data, and Regional Business Partners to support reward operations.
* Ensure reward operations run smoothly and consistently, with continuous improvement of the employee reward experience.
Qualifications
* Solid background in reward, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail.
* Comfortable working with large volumes of data and navigating complex processes.
* Understanding of HR payroll, project management, or continuous improvement is a bonus, but not essential.
* Drive to make a difference and ability to work collaboratively and thoughtfully.
