CRM Consultant / Business Analyst Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (DOE) Location: Fully Remote (UK-based candidates only) Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time


About the Company

We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic consultancy that partners with clients across multiple industries to help them transform the way they use CRM and customer engagement technology. With continued growth and exciting new projects in the pipeline, they’re now looking for a CRM Consultant / Business Analyst who combines technical know-how with exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.


The Role

As a CRM Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, gather and analyse requirements, and design CRM solutions that truly deliver value. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology — translating needs into solutions, advising on best practice, and getting hands-on when required to ensure successful implementations.


Key Responsibilities

* Engage with stakeholders across all levels to understand business processes and challenges.
* Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to define CRM needs and success metrics.
* Document functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
* Support solution design and configuration across a range of CRM platforms (e.g. SugarCRM, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or product-based platforms like Fonteva, Workday, etc.)
* Partner with developers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.


About You

* Previous experience as a CRM Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar client-facing role.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems — ideally across multiple platforms (e.g. SugarCRM, Zoho, HubSpot, Fonteva, Workday).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — you can engage, challenge, and influence effectively.
* Confident running workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Hands-on approach — comfortable rolling up your sleeves to configure or test CRM solutions when needed.
* A proactive, positive attitude — you’re curious, adaptable, and love solving problems.
