Do you want to be a part of a friendly, driven team then your next career could be with us!Joining our team as Cashbook Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily management of the cashbooks in the COINS system, and all payments for the business.
A fully paperless office, all receipts, refunds and banking are processed and paperwork saved down electronically.Key duties and requirementsYou will also be responsible for but not limited to;Keeping all cashbooks up to date on a daily basis within the Coins system;Reviewing and posting all Worldpay transactionsDaily posting of receipts and refundsWeekly bankingProduction of weekly Bank reconciliationsRaising ALL payments for the businessRaising of Sundry Sales Invoices within the Coins systemRaising of Contract Sales Invoices within the Coins systemCredit Control and chasing of all outstanding debts when they become dueReview of Plot Balance reports on a monthly basisWho are we looking for?As well as being able to demonstrate your experience within a Cash Book & Payments role previously, you must also possess an aptitude to combine strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of staff, whilst also maintaining a keen desire to work in a quality driven business.You will also possess:Strong Outlook skillsExcellent IT skills including excelStrong communication skills required when dealing with suppliers & colleaguesAn accurate and methodical approachAn organised and motivated outlookA strong ability to work to deadlinesA flexible Attitude & Team Player mentalityCOINS experience (Desirable)What will you get in return?Discretionary bonusBuy, sell and accrual holiday schemePrivate Health careCompany PensionLife AssuranceOther Benefits including our exclusive Avant discount platformIf this sounds like you, join us and be a part of Avant's future success!Please note: we reserve the right to fill this vacancy and/or remove this advert prior to the vacancy end date.TPBN1_UKTJ
