As a
Senior Service Designer
, you'll:
Lead design thinking, workshops & cultural change across the org
Create
journey maps & service blueprints
that put users first
Drive prototypes & MVPs using
Figma
and modern design tools
Champion user research, testing & feedback to shape solutions
Influence at every level – from engineers to senior leaders
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in service design for complex enterprises
Skilled in
stakeholder management
and communication
Passionate about
user-centred design & cultural change
Connected to the latest tools & frameworks (Double Diamond, etc.)
