Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
* Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning.
* Assist with behaviour management and pastoral care.
* Provide additional support to pupils with SEND needs where required.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (or similar role) is desirable.
2. Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
3. A patient, caring, and adaptable attitude.
4. Ability to work well within a team and independently.
