Role Description Join Our Team as a Complex Needs Support Worker Location:Drayton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire Salary:£13.16 per hour (£25,662 per annum) plus benefits Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support) Contract:Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent Driving Requirement:A valid full UK manual driving license is essential. Essential Criteria: To be considered for this role, you’ll need experience in at least two of the following areas: Supporting people with learning disabilities, including using communication tools like Makaton or PECs Working with individuals with autism and/or visual impairments Experienced with behaviour that is highly challenged and applying Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategiesAbout you: Do you enjoy making a real difference in people’s lives? Holds a full UK manual driving licence and is confident driving different vehiclesFrom October to the end of the year, you’ll need to travel to Birmingham (B38 area) during John’s transition before he moves to Drayton.
