Job Description:
Vickerstock is partnering with a leading European manufacturing company to appoint a Purchasing Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those starting their career in purchasing or supply chain, as well as for experienced candidates. The position offers a competitive starting salary up to £27,000, with potential to earn a CIPS qualification after 12 months.

* Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently.
2. Manage and resolve invoice queries promptly.
3. Generate and develop regular reports.
4. Administer supplier approvals and material code management.
5. Maintain and update pricing records.
6. Process and report TSS customs declarations.
7. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and compiling local contracts and agreements.
8. Perform other purchasing-related duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or relevant degree (Supply Chain, Economics, Accountancy, Finance).
* Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, V-lookups).
* SAP experience is desirable.
* Confident and effective communication skills.
