Join a Top-Ranked Firm as a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor
My client, a top ranking international law firm, are seeking a talented 5+ year PQE Solicitor to join their expanding Clinical Negligence department.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to run clinical negligence claims for a range of defendant clients, including NHS Resolution, as well as assisting Partners and other senior members with their high value caseload. You’ll be working on a wide range of matters, from cerebral palsy to birth injuries, incorrect diagnosis, and fatal claims. You will also be getting involved with business development.

The ideal candidate should have a background in defendant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury. Claimant clinical negligence solicitors from other top-tier firms will also be considered if you are looking to make a move into a defendant role. Salary is £70,000 DOE (increasing with each year of experience), flexible/hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week and an excellent benefits package.
