We’re looking for two CI Leadsto spearhead our journey toward world-class operational excellence. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our business by embedding Lean principles, aligning strategy with execution, and building a culture of continuous improvement in our European sites.As one of our two CI Leads, you’ll drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Your Mission
1. Lead tactical CI initiativesacross multiple sites within our Europe region, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
2. Implement and sustain Lean toolslike visual management, daily tiered accountability, and Kaizen activities.
3. Coach and inspire teamsto identify and eliminate waste, solve problems at the root, and take ownership of performance.
4. Collaborate cross-functionallyto ensure CI efforts are embedded in daily operations and deliver measurable results.
Your Impact
5. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to high operational standards.
6. Establish and maintain CI systems that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
7. Develop KPIs and dashboards to track progress and ensure sustainability.
8. Foster a mindset of continuous learning and improvement across all levels.
What You Bring
9. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10. Proven experience leading Lean, CI, or OpEx initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain.
11. Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a hands-on, Gemba-first mindset.
12. Ability to influence and manage change across diverse teams and cultures.
13. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) to our manufacturing sites spread throughout Europe.
14. Experience in multi-site, multi-country environments.
15. Fluency in a second language relevant to the region.

Additional Information
We are looking to fill two roles and candidates can be based in Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Spain or the UK. To apply for this role you must already have the right to live and work in one of these countries and have the ability to travel unrestricted within the wider EMEA region. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
This role undertakes extensive European travel. Preference will be given to candidates who meet the required criteria for this role and who live close to a major international airport with comprehensive connections.
