A tailored development plan and a dedicated Graduate Development Manager will guide you through technical and commercial competencies essential to success at Turner & Townsend.
We offer a blend of technical and behavioural training, learning from peers and experienced professionals, and support the pursuit of professional qualifications with esteemed institutions. You will also have the opportunity to gain an MSc in Facade Engineering through UWE or work toward membership with the Society of Facade Engineering.
Responsibilities
* Investigating and diagnosing façade issues through detailed inspections.
* Contributing to effective maintenance and replacement strategies.
* Advising on design and performance metrics.
* Guiding clients on compliance, risk management and achieving environmental standards, maximizing value.
* Delivering sector exposure across real estate, infrastructure, advisory, defence and energy, and providing commercial, strategic and analytical advice to clients.
* Engaging with clients and colleagues to drive social and environmental change, encourage innovation and create a sustainable future.
* Participating in a personalised training plan and technical training academy to deepen expertise and prepare for future challenges.
* Supporting a collaborative team culture that fosters professional growth.
* Contributing to sustainability, innovation, inclusivity, wellbeing and community impact initiatives.
Qualifications
* Academic credentials: a degree (or on‑track) in Architectural Technology, Architectural Engineering, Building Physics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering (minimum 2:1) or an MSc in Facade Engineering.
* Technical acumen: a solid understanding of building surveying technical aspects and genuine interest in the real‑estate and built‑environment sectors.

Other Requirements
In some regional roles, the ability to drive may be necessary due to the location of client offices.
For Defence arena positions, you must pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance, which will commence after you accept an offer.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role where applicable.
