Are you a private client paralegal or Will Writer who is looking to work 2-3 days or shorter hours over more days?
A small but well-established and highly regarded high street firm in Rugeley is seeking an experienced Will Writer / Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week).
This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys client-facing private client work within a professional yet personable environment and who is confident managing their own caseload independently.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:

* Wills
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* General private client matters
* Conducting client meetings and taking instructions
* Drafting and progressing files from instruction through to completion
* Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
* Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed

The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for someone who:
\n
* Has previous experience managing their own caseload of Wills and LPAs
* Is capable of working independently with minimal supervision
* Possesses strong client care and communication skills
* Is organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
* Enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team
* Has experience within a solicitors’ practice or professional will writing environment

A legal qualification would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with relevant practical experience.
