Responsibilities
* Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks to the correct specification, at the bar or via the customer app
* Deliver food to customers, complete check-backs and clear plates within required timeframes
* Provide friendly customer interactions: greet customers, say thank you and build rapport
* Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products
* Maintain clean-as-you-go standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces and toilet checks
* Work in all areas including glass-washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing, and other duties as needed

* Apprenticeships and management academies
* Cross-training into other areas (kitchen, hotel)
