The Role As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with teachers to support students with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional and behavioural challenges Provide one-to-one or small group support to ensure all learners can thrive. Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Gain valuable classroom experience to support your future career in teaching, youth work, or psychology.
