Our team is based at our Head Office just outside The Peak District National Park off jct28 of the M1 corridor.

Position:

Great opportunity to join our Team as Sales Office Administrator

You will offer outstanding Sales and B2B customer service support to our Benelux customer base and also provide Sales Admin support to our external Benelux Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Office Administrator (including but not limited to):

Processing and monitoring of urgent ASAP and Pre Season forward orders
Answering retailer enquiries by telephone and email
Providing Sales and Admin support to the external Sales Team
Maintaining accurate customer records
Processing invoices and credits
Liaising with Equip Operations and external logistic providers to problem solve any delivery exceptions
Running weekly sales reports for the External Sales and Management Teams
Accurate processing of all required Export Documents
Providing assistance to other areas of the Sales Office during busy periods or when required

Requirements:

To join us as Sales Office Administrator you must have:

Essential

Proven experience in a similar Sales Office administrative role, particularly in a mid to large size company
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines while simultaneously handle multiple projects and priorities
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused approach
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
High level of accuracy and excellent organisational skills

Desirable

Knowledge and use of other European languages. Ideally fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
A passion for the outdoors and familiarity with outdoor equipment or products
Experience using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Navision or Business Central
