�? Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
* Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHC plan).
* Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists.
* Track and report on student progress and development.
?? Requirements:
* Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
