RSK Group is seeking a highly organised and detail driven, experienced Fleet Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will require a full UK driving licence, the role involves both hybrid working and travel across the UK.
Working alongside multiple internal Transport Managers you’ll provide support to our 20+ group companies with Operator Licences through on site audits and identifying areas for improvement in line with regulatory requirements. The role will focus on Operator Licencing in HGV and LGV fleets as well as general fleet compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review, audit, and agree improvements of Operator Licensing processes in Group companies.
* Analyse and report on compliance performance, trends, risk and opportunities for improvements.
* Regular review of fleet policies and systems to ensure they reflect industry regulations and best practice.
* Support of EU & GB Domestic Driving Hours and Tachograph management.
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing support to implement change, align policies and deliver improvement where agreed.
* Keep up to date with future and current transport legislation and effectively communicate key amendments.
Person Specification:
* Proven previous experience managing a fleet or transport operation.
* Holder of Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and can demonstrate continuous self-development.
* Strong track record of managing varied fleets including cars, LCVs & HGVs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can demonstrate a track record of collaboration across different teams.
* Experienced user of Microsoft products.
* High level of communication, coaching and presentation skills.
