Corteva Agriscience UK has an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager. The National Account Manager will have responsibility over two or more National Accounts, for which he or she will: Drive sales growth and identify opportunities to expand market share with key agricultural business partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and support. Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with agribusiness stakeholders and partners. Provide timely delivery of contractual terms, pricing details, and accurate forecasts to partners. Gather and communicate customer insights, market trends, and product demand to the commercial team to support forecasting and planning. Develop, monitor, and update customer account plans, ensuring alignment with seasonal cycles. Manage product launches, trials, and technical projects within customer accounts. Identify opportunities to grow business with the existing portfolio. Coordinate closely with technical agronomy teams to deliver consistent messaging and technical support. Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve country financial targets and strategic objectives. Maintain and regularly update Key Account Plans to reflect evolving market conditions and customer needs. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field. Previous experience within the agrisciences industry. 3-5 years of proven success as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with measurable achievements in revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Solid understanding of crop production systems, input markets, and agronomic practices. Experience in sales forecasting, target setting, and account planning. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Results-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and build trust with technical and commercial stakeholders.
