What you’ll do at work
* To manage School Ready assessments for the 2-3s adding new children as necessary
* Be committed to keeping the children safe and always behaving professionally
* Create a supportive, happy culture and a positive behaviour management strategy that enables children to achieve their potential
* To support the family centered ethos, we have created, supporting effective communication As a member of the leadership team you may be required to act up for short times, completing training if required
* Risk assess and manage a safe learning environment across the whole nursery
* Notify 'Maintenance' of any issues or concerns regarding safety and the Director or anything needing immediate attention
* To work under the direction of the Director, The post requires working outdoors everyday and appropriate clothing will be essential to be able to perform this role. The post requires a significant amount of activity, time on your feet and playing alongside children.

Maths and English (grade 4 to 9)
Other in: EYE (grade Pass)
