Camp Loughridge, a 501(c)(3) non-denominational Christian Camp and Conference Center serving children and families year-round in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1959 is seeking a fulltime Executive Director. This leader will work alongside the Board of Directors shaping the camp’s strategic direction, managing daily operations, and fulfilling its Christian mission: to provide quality, year-round intergenerational facilities in a rustic, natural environment for the promotion of Christian growth and spiritual renewal.
The role requires leadership and oversight of all full and part-time personnel needed for execution of Summer Day Camp programs, Retreats, Conferences, Meetings, Weddings, Challenge Course, and Property management of 188 acres of swimming pools, lakes, trails, and structures.
Essential Functions
• Leadership of Staff, including setting goals & objectives, developing direct reports, and accountability of strategic efforts.
• Oversee preparation and accountability to the annual operating budget and financial reports.
• Participate in meetings & committee activities related to the operation of Camp Loughridge.
o Including but not limited to meetings of the Board of Directors, Standing Committees, and weekly Staff meetings of First Presbyterian Church, Tulsa.
• Oversee development and oversight of all funds development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with the American Camping Association (ACA) and Christian Camp and Conference Association (CCCA) standards.
• Must be able to articulate his/her faith journey giving witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Must be attached to a local, worshiping congregation.
Education, Experience, and other Qualifications
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to the Camp’s non-denominational Christian mission.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in leading an organization or department in achieving goals.
• Prior experience in non-profit leadership and management.
• Previous success in fundraising and development activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with volunteers and diverse stakeholders.
• Good public speaking and writing skills
• Ability to prioritize work and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Physically fit for long periods of time on your feet, trail hiking, and lifting.

Schedule
• Full-time
• Extended hours: weekdays with occasional weeknights, and weekends as needed depending on season.
Annual Salary
• Starting at $70,000 - $80,000 annually depending on experience
