The PR & Partnerships Executive will play a key role in driving Beyond Nine’s brand visibility and reputation through impactful PR, influencer, and partnership activity. Working closely with the Head of PR & Partnerships, the Executive will help shape and deliver integrated campaigns that grow awareness, strengthen relationships with media and creators, and enhance the brand’s community‑led presence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
PR Strategy & Campaign Execution:
* Support in the development and delivery of strategic PR plans across fashion, lifestyle, and business press.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, and media contacts.
* Draft high‑quality press releases, media alerts, and founder Q&A that reflect Beyond Nine’s tone and values.
* Manage press outreach to secure consistent, high‑impact coverage and product placements.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on media performance to inform ongoing strategy.
* Assist in planning and delivering seasonal media events, press days, and brand activations.
Influencer & Partnerships Management:
* Coordinate influencer gifting, paid partnerships, and long‑term collaborations.
* Identify and onboard influencers whose audiences and values align with Beyond Nine.
* Liaise directly with creators to manage briefs, approvals, and deliverables.
* Support the Head of PR & Partnerships in developing brand partnerships and community‑driven initiatives.
* Track influencer activity and compile performance reports to measure ROI and engagement.
Content & Community Support:
* Collaborate with the Brand and Social teams to ensure PR and influencer activity aligns with content and campaign calendars.
* Support the creation of storytelling assets (images, copy, video snippets) for press and partnership use.
* Stay attuned to cultural and industry trends, identifying timely opportunities for Beyond Nine to engage in relevant conversations.
Administration & Reporting:
* Maintain and update media lists, influencer databases, and partnership trackers.
* Compile monthly PR and partnership performance summaries.
* Manage sample inventory and gifting logistics to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years'experience in PR, influencer marketing, or partnerships within fashion, lifestyle, or related industries.
* Strong press and influencer network and an understanding of the evolving media landscape.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva
* Passionate about Beyond Nine’s aesthetic, values, and community‑first ethos.
