Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of goods from our suppliers into our warehouse and onward to key partner customers. Acting as a central point of contact, they will ensure smooth communication and coordination between suppliers, the warehouse, and internal teams.

What you’ll be Doing
* Arrange and monitor deliveries from suppliers to the warehouse.
* Track incoming shipments to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records of supplier delivery schedules and confirmations.
Warehouse Coordination
* Liaise with warehouse staff to schedule inbound and outbound deliveries.
* Ensure correct allocation of orders to key customer accounts.
* Provide warehouse teams with clear instructions and delivery priorities.
Internal & Customer Liaison
* Act as a key communication point between warehouse, sales, and merchandising teams.
* Coordinate delivery schedules aligned with customer requirements.
Logistics Administration
* Update internal systems with delivery and order information.
* Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics.
* Support in problem-solving and escalation of logistics issues as they arise.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination (preferred).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers, warehouse, sales, and merchandising teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (advantageous).
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
