We’re looking for a driven professional who knows how to source and manage top teaching and support staff and understands the unique demands of education recruitment. You'll be working with the National Business Development Team for our Education division and supporting important stakeholders and Key Accounts. What you’ll do: Partner with consultants to support fill roles across schools all across the UK. Use your sector knowledge to source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks. Write compelling adverts tailored to education professionals. Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for teaching and support roles. Screen candidates for compliance, safeguarding, and suitability for education settings. Keep candidate records accurate and up to date. Coordinate interviews and assist with the compliance process. No sales is involved, however you'll need to be confident speaking with key clients and establish trust and understanding quickly. What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Resourcer in the education sector (essential). Strong understanding of compliance and safeguarding requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Proactive and target-driven, with a passion for quality recruitment.
