The Role and Your Responsibilities
* Managing the full scope of conveyancing files, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
* Working autonomously to ensure the smooth progression of client files.
* Delivering a high level of client‑focused service with clear, proactive communication.
* Utilising a case management system (experience is a plus).
* Contributing to the supportive and busy environment of the Kingswinford office.
What You Will Bring
* The firm is looking for a capable and established professional who can hit the ground running and manage a busy workload effectively.
* 2+ years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent qualifying experience).
* Proven experience successfully managing your own established caseload of residential sales and purchases.
* Demonstrable project management, diligence, and strong people skills.
* A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude, ready to work in a busy, client‑focused environment.
* Flexible Hybrid Working with the flexibility to work 1–2 days remotely.
* Holiday: 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off and the Christmas closedown period.
