About our client

About our client: Established in 2001, they provide information and communications technology solutions and support. They take time to understand and anticipate the challenges facing their customers. Partnering with technology vendors, they deliver market leading technology solutions.


What you’ll be doing

This is a Service Desk role for someone who already has solid experience in a managed IT services business or similar, and is ready to take more ownership of incidents, problems, and customer outcomes.

You’ll work as part of a skilled team, acting on various issues while still handling your own tickets end-to-end. You’ll be trusted to troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their IT systems remain stable and well supported.

The team work on a shift pattern – the earliest shift starts at 08:00, and the latest you would finish is 18:00 – there is a rota system when evenings or weekend work is called for.
