Are you an experienced housing professional looking to take the lead in tenancy enforcement and sustainment? We are seeking a Lead Tenancy Officer to join the Housing Management Team within a local authority in the West Midlands. This is a key role responsible for leading legal proceedings relating to tenancy enforcement and supporting sustainable tenancies across both General Needs and Independent Living schemes.
