* Oversee the Payroll team, and end-to-end payroll process
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations
* Coordinate with HR to verify employment data
* Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations
* Address employee queries relating to payroll
* Implement policies and procedures for the payroll department
* Manage a team of payroll professionals
* Keep up to date with payroll systems and software
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
* Excellent knowledge of payroll software
* Strong leadership abilities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
* Experience in a senior payroll position
