30 hours per week - Fixed Term Contract ending July 2026 - Term Time Only - £12.36 per hour if Level 3 qualified, or £12.21 if Level 2 qualified - Base: YMCA Carters Green Nursery, West Bromwich, B70 9LG
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Early Years SEND Worker based at Carters Green, West Bromwich.
Responsibilities for the role include but aren’t limited to:
* Contributing to promoting good practice and maintaining a high-quality provision
* Completing observations, planning, and prepare a variety of learning enriched activities for your key children using the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Offering support and guidance to parents/carers enabling them to extend their own skills, and by boosting their confidence and self-esteem, ensure the emotional wellbeing of their child.
You will be motivated and passionate about working with children and their families and strive to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for children to grow and develop. You will ensure the child in your care is able to use equipment and materials provided, motivating and encouraging the Child as required by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with learning tasks as appropriate to their needs.
