Case Management Officer
We are looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Council Tax Case Management Officer to join our Revenues team. Salary: £25,947.47 per annum. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working accurately with complex information and delivering a high-quality service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Administration, billing and case management of Council Tax accounts.
- Ensuring decisions are made fairly, promptly and in line with legislation, policy and local procedures.
- Problem‑solving and providing accurate service to residents.
Qualifications
- Experience in council tax, business rates, benefits or similar departments in a council.
- Strong organisational and customer‑focused skills.
