The purpose of a Transport Compliance Administrator is to provide administrative support and creation of accurate data, with the ability to work to deadlines and contributing to the overall success of the site. Job responsibilities of a Transport Compliance Administrator include: Contribute to the success of the site by ensuring that all vehicles and trailers adhere to service and MOT planned schedules Booking in vehicle services and MOTs in line with scheduled events and other requirements. Booking in .Trailer services and MOTs in line with scheduled events and other requirements Complete daily trailer tracking Ensure all paperwork is signed and completed and returned to CAM within specified time scales Liaising with staff at other depots and external contacts to facilitate trailer return for service and MOT. Photocopying, printing, organising and storing documents and computer based information. Managing service planners in conjunction with CAM Monitoring daily services and agent requirements. Maintaining and updating Tranman and other associated vehicle management systems Report and log vehicle break down and ensure call outs are completed. Assist with other duties within the transport department as required Qualifications As a Transport Compliance Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role. Fantastic communication skills. Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales. Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages. High level of attention to detail. Able to manage own time to achieve targets.
