This maternity cover role offers the opportunity to contribute to a busy hospitality operation where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.
What you’ll do:
* Prepare and deliver high-quality hospitality food offerings to a consistent standard.
* Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and service team to meet client expectations.
* Operate effectively with minimal supervision during evening shifts.
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in all kitchen operations.
What you bring:
* NVQ Culinary qualification (essential).
* Health and Safety Level 3 (desirable).
* Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety protocols.
* A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Experience working in a similar hospitality or catering role.
