Salary: To £75,000 + Bonus + Progression

The Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor or Litigation Legal Executive to join a highly respected Central London litigation team handling high quality and often high value disputes.
You will work alongside experienced Partners on a broad range of litigation matters while also managing your own caseload. The role offers excellent exposure, responsibility, and career development.

Role Responsibilities As a Litigation Solicitor or Litigation Legal Executive, you will:
Manage your own caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.
Assist Partners on higher value and more complex disputes.
Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence.
Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk.
Handle matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Deliver a high standard of legal and client service.
Types of Work You Will Handle The caseload will include a mix of:
Commercial disputes
Contract disputes
Property litigation matters
Debt recovery and enforcement
Professional negligence matters
General civil litigation
This variety will allow you to develop into a highly capable litigation specialist.
Requirements To be considered for this Litigation Solicitor / Litigation Legal Executive role, you will have:
Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in England and Wales.
Between 1 and 4 years PQE in Litigation.
Experience managing your own litigation caseload.
Strong drafting and technical skills.
Confidence dealing directly with clients.
Professionalism and strong attention to detail.
Ambition to develop your litigation career.
