Overview
Pharmacy Dispenser role with pay starting from £12.87 per hour, increasing to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; flexible options down to 12 hours are available.

Responsibilities
* Support operation of one of our modern Pharmacies as a team player.
* Accurately dispense medication with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Dispense prescription medicines and provide confident, friendly, professional service.
* Provide information on common ailments, symptoms and products; help customers understand their needs and select appropriate products.
* Explain benefits of products and only recommend those suitable for the customer.
* Advise customers on the range of pharmacy services available.
* Support and deliver pharmacy services and the dispensing process according to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Assess the legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions and respond to clinical or legal queries within area of competence.
* Handle customer queries regarding prescription medicines and notify the Pharmacist of any complaints.
* Ensure all dispensary routines and SOPs are followed and that dispensary and consulting rooms are clean and orderly.
* Maintain accurate and timely prescription administration; support promotional activities and company initiatives.
* Complete corporate and departmental training and stay up to date with legal and professional developments in pharmacy.
Due to successful application, you will be required to provide bank account details before start date as part of the offer process.
Qualifications
* Qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
* A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
