They are seeking a motivated and professional Mortgage Adviser to join their team. This is an FCA-regulated role, providing expert mortgage advice while delivering exceptional client service. Are you the right person for the job? Minimum 2 years experience as a mortgage adviser (preferred) CeMAP qualification (mandatory) Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and record-keeping requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively Proactive, ambitious, and driven by results What will your role look like? Provide expert property finance advice to clients, ensuring FCA rules and company procedures are followed Keep up-to-date with new products, technical developments, and legislative changes within the market Maintain compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, FCA Principles, Rules, and Conduct Rules Identify and contact potential clients, gather client information, and assess financial needs Conduct research to make suitable recommendations and complete supporting documentation accurately Achieve and maintain competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm Maintain performance standards in line with Key Performance Indicators Undertake Continuing Professional Development (minimum 35 hours per year, of which 21 must be structured) What can you expect in return?
