As a Degree Apprentice Design Manager, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BSc Construction Site Management with our university partner, Sheffield Hallam, with all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of the design of our projects, on time and to the required quality.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Assisting in managing the design of a project section or work package, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Working alongside the wider construction teams, reporting on progress, and liaising with third parties such as clients, consultants, and sub‑contractors.
* Attending university during pre‑determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course.

Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English.
* 2 A‑Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications (T‑Level, BTEC National Certificate / Diploma / Extended Diploma or Advanced Diploma).
* Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications may also be considered.
To apply as a mature student, you will need at least 5 years' experience in a related career.
