Talent Acquisition Business Partner (6‑Month Contract)

We’re growing — and fast. As Evlo continues its exciting trajectory of organic expansion, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our high‑performing Talent Team on a six‑month contract.
This is a pivotal role supporting the full recruitment lifecycle across a busy, fast‑paced organisation. You’ll lead and deliver high‑volume recruitment campaigns, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate receives a seamless and engaging experience from application to onboarding. Accuracy, pace, and exceptional stakeholder management are essential, alongside a proactive and solutions‑focused approach.

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership
Manage and coordinate high‑volume recruitment processes across multiple business areas.
Screen applications, conduct telephone interviews, and assess candidates against role and cultural requirements.
Participate in interviews, taking detailed notes and developing confident interviewing capability.
Utilise proactive search techniques, social media (including LinkedIn), and talent pooling to strengthen pipelines and reduce recruitment costs.
Candidate & Offer Management
Manage candidates throughout the entire process — from initial enquiry to offer and onboarding.
Issue offer letters, contracts, and all related documentation promptly and accurately.
Keep candidates informed and engaged post‑offer to ensure an exceptional first impression.
Liaise with agencies and ensure clear, constructive feedback is consistently provided.
Compliance & Onboarding
Complete pre-employment checks including credit checks, background screening, and referencing.
Update new starter information on the HR database and ensure smooth communication with Payroll.
Book new starters onto induction, coordinate logistics, and oversee induction documentation.
Maintain accurate oversight of the RAF folder to ensure headcount is appropriately monitored.
Additional Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of selection centres.
Maintain and update the careers page.
Respond professionally to job queries, always reflecting Evlo’s brand and values.
