Customer Care Assistant. We are supporting a global brand who are looking for a customer care assistant to join the online customer care team. You will be the first point of contact for customers across digital channels, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Reports To: Customer Care Manager
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
* Provide product information, order updates, and after-sales support
* Resolve complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
* Collaborate with retail and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
* Uphold brand values in every interaction
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in customer service, or retail.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Comfortable using digital tools and systems
* Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
* Ideally will have used SAP
* Will have some call centre experience
* Have worked with watches or jewellery
