You'll also get hands-on experience with exciting live events. Your role Responsibilities include but not limited to: Diagnosing and resolving studio and broadcast faults quickly. Supporting day-to-day operation of studio audio equipment. Maintaining and supporting digital playout/automation systems. Assisting video-over-IP and basic video workflows for online content. Supporting and delivering outside broadcasts and live events. Ensuring accurate documentation and contributing to technical resilience. The skills you will bring Must-haves: Experience in broadcast engineering or a closely related audio environment. Strong hands-on understanding of audio signal flow and studio equipment. Good IT literacy including Windows and basic networking. A calm and logical approach to problem-solving. Nice-to-haves: Experience with Zetta or other playout systems. Audio-over-IP exposure (e.g., Axia). Outside broadcast experience. Radio broadcast background. Working Pattern / Location Hybrid role, primarily office-based in Belfast.
