We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to take the helm of our clients growing department at their head office in Milton Keynes. About the Role As Team Leader of the Conveyancing Department, you'll have full responsibility for leading and developing our department, working with experienced fee earners, paralegals, and legal assistants across two sites. This isn't just a management position – you'll be instrumental in shaping business strategy, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably.
