Responsibilities: We will rely on you to rapidly prototype and iterate on frontend and backend features using AI generative tools. You will build video infrastructure for candidate shorts using services such as Mux, Cloudinary, or AWS MediaConvert. You will connect the platform to OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to transcribe, summarize, and tag candidate videos. You will architect secure pay-to-unlock flows with automated payment splitting, including Stripe Connect-style logic. You will build backend services for job postings, talent profiles, employer accounts, and application processing. You will maintain and optimize our internal library of AI prompts used to generate and update features. You will design and improve the automation engine for matching employers with candidates. You will build structured skill matching, activity scoring, ranking algorithms, and behavioral-signal logic. You will create intelligent candidate routing and rule-based workflows to reduce time-to-hire. You will establish feedback loops so the system learns from employer hiring decisions.
