We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will be joining a well-known company in the region and will play a pivotal role in the smooth growth of our business.
Key skills and experience:
* The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following:
* Provide information to customers on products and prices.
* Help customers place orders online through social media platforms.
* Field telephone enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team.
* Prepare sales invoices and maintain records and accounts of sales activity.
* Handle customer complaints or forward them to relevant sales team members.
* Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping departments.
* Carry out general sales and marketing administrative duties.
In addition to the responsibilities above, you must have excellent communication skills, a great sense of innovation, and leadership qualities. You should be flexible, self-motivated, organized, and punctual. The ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent attention to detail is essential.
Experience in a similar role for 3 years is desirable.
