The role demands strong commercial acumen, creativity, and an analytical approach to evaluate what strategies work and lessons learned.
It involves nationwide travel from London and the South, with some trips to the North and occasionally to Scotland.
Key skills include strong organizational abilities, diary management, and representing a client at the premium end of the market.
Familiarity with contract management, negotiation, and pricing documentation is essential.
Regular quarterly meetings for engagement, best practices, and learning and development, along with interaction with BDMs and KAMs, foster a great team environment.
