Inclusion and Safeguarding Officer
We are recruiting for an Inclusion and Safeguarding Officer at Hagley Catholic High School, part of Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company.
Salary range: Grade 6 SCP £28,598‑£31,022 per annum (FTE‑AYR) to be pro‑rated. Actual salary £24,906.91‑£27,509.47 per annum, 5 days, 37 hours per week for 39 weeks (TTO + training days). Job review pending.

Responsibilities
Work under the direction of the Assistant Principal, Raising Standards including Safeguarding. Support day‑to‑day inclusion and safeguarding systems and processes across the school, ensuring consistency, efficiency and rigour. Provide high‑quality mentoring to pupils and take ownership of intervention success. Support the Assistant Principal and Safeguarding Leader in ensuring all pupils are safe and well looked after.

Legal and Safeguarding Requirements: This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
