Based East of Leeds,the roleoffers an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver effective change, ensuring a smooth transition that supports both business objectives and people outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead on organisational change activity, including restructures and team realignments.
* Partner with leadership to shape and implement change plans.
* Provide expert guidance on consultation, communications, and people impacts.
* Ensure all activity complies with employment legislation and best practice.
* Support leaders and employees through periods of transition and change.
