We are recruiting for this highly regarded IFA practice who are looking to expand their paraplanning team. The paraplanners have the responsibility of being the initial contact for all client queries
As a paraplanner you would:

o Liaise with various providers, gathering and correlating plan / policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process
o Managing and maintaining a precise record of pipeline and submitted business in order to be able to update clients and Adviser accordingly
o Collate and evaluate client policy/investment/pension
o Writing suitability reports
o Researching products and funds using software such as Select A Pension, FE Analytics and Defaqto
o Create and maintain client files and enter details onto back-office database
o Liaise with Trainee Paraplanners
o Submitting Business on internal and external systems

o Prepare paperwork
o New business processing and submission to Business Quality
o Liaise with a range of stakeholders from compliance department to various external providers
o Develop a broad knowledge of financial products including both individual and employer pension knowledge, investments, and protection products
