The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our clients' IT-related queries, providing efficient customer service, diagnosing issues, and ensuring top support quality.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service to end-users and stakeholders
* Handling technical service requests as the primary contact
* Maintaining detailed records throughout the ticket lifecycle
* Delivering high-quality first-time fixes through troubleshooting
* Escalating complex issues and managing workload to meet SLAs
About You:
* Experience in IT support
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft technologies
* Good troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office and Windows desktops
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS; eager to learn and develop
