SEMH Teaching Assistant – Full Time – Bolton

A specialist secondary provision in the Bolton area is looking for a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
The role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Supporting behaviour using positive strategies
* Promoting engagement in learning
* Acting as a consistent and reliable presence in the classroom
Ideal background:
* SEMH / PRU / alternative provision
* Youth work or sports coaching
* Care or support work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
