Job title: Engine Test Operative Job type: Temporary - Ongoing Location: Shrewsbury (SY1 3NX) Hours of work: Monday to Thursday - 07:30AM - 17:15PM Pay rate: £14.31 PER HOUR Dependant on experience and overtime where available Overtime available for any work on Fridays where available Sunday would be paid at premium overtime rates! Key Responsibilities: Ensuring product is always handled in a safe manner around the Test Department. Raise Safety, Environmental and Ergonomic concerns immediately using the appropriate platforms. Manage activity as required in the Bay or Cell, as requested by the Team Leader in the morning brief. The safe use of various cranes, vehicles, and hand tools in and around the Test Department. Ensuring full & accurate detail is logged into the Test systems, allowing full traceability thereafter. Provide verbal and hands on assistance to Assembly and support teams as required.
