Purpose of the Job: The post holder willbe requiredto perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds on site.This includes planned and reactive tasks, ensuring the site is kept safe, compliant, and operationalat all times.The role requires a flexible, multi-skilled operative with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the community. In addition to hands-on responsibilities, the post holder will be expected to support and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are carried out effectively, safely, and to a high standard. This includes providing guidance,monitoringperformance, and fostering a collaborative working environment. The post holder will also be required to participate in the mandatory on-call Facilitiesrotasystem. *Please Note this role does not currently meet the criteria set by the UK Home Office forSponsorship* Closing date: 4pm Monday 15 th September 2025 Salary : £27, 729 - £30,478 per annum. (£50 on-call retainer) Hours of Work : 37.5 hours per week, Mon Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm Length of Contract: Permanent Essential Criteria: City & Guilds III / NVQ level 3 in Building Maintenance or otherequivalent qualification in a relevant trade. CSR card holder or willingness toattainCSR card within 4 months ofcommencingpost. A minimum of 5 years experience in a Maintenance/ Building Trade related Role Be able to plan and prioritise maintenance works and meet deadlines whererequired.
